The Best Adirondack Chair collection is in stock and can be ordered online through our webshop.

Ordering via the webshop
Ordering through our webshop is easy, fast and safe.

1. Select the item and the desired quantity and click on the shopping cart.
2. Keep shopping, change the number of your order and/or choose 'checkout'.
3. Select the destination country.
4. Accept the conditions by checking the box.
5. Choose 'order safely'. You will now be connected to the secure ordering system where you arrange the payment.

Pay safely
You can pay safely in one of the following ways.

1. iDeal. This way you pay safely through your own bank (available in the Netherlands).
2. Credit card or Paypal (+ 2.95% extra charge)
3. BanContact/Mister Cash
4. SOFORT Banking
5. Prepayment. You can transfer the total amount by bank, stating the order number that you receive from us via e-mail with your order.

Prices
All prices in our webshop include shipping and 21% VAT.

Order status
After you have confirmed your order, you will immediately receive an e-mail with your order details. If you want to change or cancel the order, please send an email to: info@canadianchair.com

Track en Trace
When the order is placed you will automatically receive a track & trace code with which you can track the status of your order.

Delivery of your order
If desired, the order will be delivered by POST NL. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days in the Netherlands. Call or email us if you prefer to pick up the order yourself. The delivery time for other countries is 5-7 working days.

Return options
At Canadian Chair.com you have a cooling-off period of 14 days after purchase date. Send an email to info@canadianchair.com if you want to return an article. The condition is that the article is not used and undamaged and if possible in the original packaging. If this condition is met, we will reimburse the full purchase price.

Complaints policy
Although we obviously want to prevent it, it may happen that an ordered item is delivered damaged or that something is incorrect. We would like to be informed about this. Send an email to info@canadianchair.com. We aim to respond with an appropriate response within 24 hours.
